A new year and a new Kamikazecon of course means an all new gaming room and a continuous quest to bring the fans what they want.

The most obvious issue we dealt with last year was not enough systems/games to meet the demand on what was one of the most popular rooms at the convention. The game room in addition to providing a decent gaming experienced served as a hang-out spot for many at the convention.

This year we are currently acquiring more equipment to meet that huge demand but there is always something that a niche audience would enjoy that we may not have. Please let us know of any requests and we will try to satisfy as many of those as possible.

Also as the gaming room will be 24 hrs…. be sure to check out our volunteer page (http://www.kamikazecon.com/kkc3volunteer.php) to sign up and if u run into issue or have any concerns about the game room in particular or general questions as the convention draws closer be sure to let me or another staff member know.

Beyond that we want to provide a new year of fun and excitement. Yes there will be tournaments and yes it will be awesome. Lets all have fun at Kamikazecom 3!!! Woot!!!

If there’s a system/game/tv/computer/monitor/router/projector that you would like to volunteer for use at the convention send me a pm/email to let me know or if u need to chat with me I am frequently on aim sn: (resistthepast). It will help us to put together a list in advance to find a location for the equipment and regulate access for better security as well and fill in gaming/system gaps. Particular shortages are usually in the area of first person shooters. Thanks in advance from your friendly neighborhood spide... err... uhmmm.... gamer.

i know this is a late post but, i wondered if u needed any help for the gaming room. i am able to supply up 8 xboxs, how ever many tvs needed. 3 wiis, no ps3s though, i got multiple copies of halo, cod modernwarfare 2, tekken, street fighter, and brawl. we dont need rooms since we live in the area, and do not require passes (but would appreciate it) we helped out at others conventions before so are used to the scene. if u are interested contact me at
